The property is also ideally situated for day trips to New Orleans, Louisiana, and the white-sand beaches of Pensacola, Florida. Horn Island is visible from the back porches and is just a short boat ride away. Guests have direct access to the water for fishing, kayaking, and other water activities. Please note that there is no swimming beach on the property. Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles and boats. Additional Information • Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property at all times. • The small cottage adjacent to the main house is occupied by the owners and is not available for guest use.

Basic House Rules Please treat it with respect as you would with your own house Our neighborhood is important to us and most residents live here full-time, please try to avoid loud noises. Smoking/ Vaping is not allowed on the property. No guests or visitors of guests are allowed to smoke or vape in the house, on the porch, or on the property. Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests overnight. Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property at any time. The only exception is service animal, and then with prior homeowner’s approval as well as execution of a Pet Addendum to the agreement. Our property is equipped with exterior live, audio/video, and security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces. Please do not disturb the cameras.
